[jboss-as7-dev] How to verify a patches for non-public AS

testcase is fine if there is a convention that a resolved issue can be closed when it passes a given test case. If I write the testcase I test what I patch, which is not the same as the reporter verifying the patch and making the transition from resolved to closed.
