[jboss-as7-dev] Components upgrade request (EAP 6.1)

I believe these upgrades may cause problems for Weld, although I am not 
100% sure.

It may be possible to get around this with a new weld release, however 
this new version of Weld would no longer be compatible with existing 
containers that use it.
