[jboss-as7-dev] App deployed but not accessible

Hello

I have pasted a war file into deployment dir, but when i type
localhost:8080/app nothing happens. when i add index.jsp to the url it
displays a 404 message...
Yes I only have the war file... isn't that enough?
I'm confused
