What would be workflow to run console, for a fresh cloned repo ?

Is there a step missing ?

I went to build/app and mvn package, it took, 45 minutes.
The resulting jboss-as-console-1.6.0-SNAPSHOT-resources.jar, I copied
it to modules/system/layers/base/org/jboss/as/console/eap/jboss-as-console-1.5.2.Final-redhat-1-resources.jar
of a EAP 6.1 and it works, but the build is very looooong time
consuming.
