Understand very well the specific issues with membership enrollment/maintenance.  You will find, as JBESB deploys through Beta into GA, that this facility offers a lot of flexibility in what your service can provide, including extending your internal ESB into areas such as premium processing and eligibility verification.

In my view, you and your team are definitely on the right track.
