Not sure where the right place to post this is, but anoncvs seems to be busted:

The server reported an error while performing the "cvs checkout" command.
  : cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot stat /var/run/cvslock: No such file or directory
  : cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot stat /var/run/cvslock: No such file or directory
