I just changed DefaultRouter on HA Branch.

I'm round robbin between local Queues and FailedQueues now.

We thing we need to identify is... when to delete a failedOver queue. Say... a queue that failed 1 week ago.. won't be accessed any more, as when the client bounces there is no way to access a failed queue any more.
