This is the legacy default router, now the default is Round Robin.

The idea was (and may still be) in the future to allow the user to configure which implementattion they want to use for multiple consumers on a queue, but I can't really a major use case for it right now.

We should keep it there for now anyway, just in case it has a purpose.
