On the process of understanding the relationships between Routers and Bindings I have created a method listBinding on PostOfficeServer (both clustered and non-clustered).

I will commit the code on HA Branch (tomorrow probably) but we will have to think if we should expose the method or not. (I see no harm, so I think we should)
