I have updated the http://labs.jboss.com/wiki/Jbossesb/JAXR page and I added a page just for jUDDI http://labs.jboss.com/wiki/JudyEvaluation 

This far it looks like we ESB -> JAXR -> Scout -> XMLRepository will work great. For our default reposity we can use a embedded version of jUDDI, so that we can make local calls to the registry. However if you have your own XML repository one would need to configure Scout to use SOAP.
