And this would solve the problem that Derek was asking for, being able to dynamically deploy/undeploy transport providers (both in/out) on the fly.  

If someone undeployed the provider we'd need to alert all the active listeners.

>From my perspective, this capability isn't has important has making sure we can achieve clustering on the current architecture or "federation" (multiple ESBs running different services) all sharing the same registry.
