I'm surprised you had to ask that Bill.  Can't your ESP solution tell you why I do what I do? ;-)

Redeploying sends the AS into an endless spin trying to unmount queues etc.  Same as has been mentioned on a number of threads.  It gets to stage where I just kill it.
