It'll be nice to allow different styles of links in wiki, not only camel-type links like HereIsMyPage e.g. confluence-style links Here+is+my+page. Several steps to allow this:
1) make HTMLTranslatorParts.cleanLink() non-static
2) do url-escaping when creating links in HTMLTranslatorParts
