Yes that is true. It's because of the translation links into "nicer" ones with "wiki". If you'd like to have a portlet somewhere else you should remove


                        friendlyLinks
                        org.jboss.wiki.plugins.FriendlyLinkPlugin
                

from WikiTypes.xml

And, i must say, i don't have any idea if it's not going to affect wiki :-)
