The real issue is that people become short sighted and do JIRA tasks such as:
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBAS-1864

and update the Branch_4_2 test suite and ignore trunk test suite.  I am not pointing to Ryan but some intern named Haroon who did the following fix to the HttpUtils class:
