I have merged the bisocket transport into TRUNK.

I have run the remote tests (not the entire test suite - it takes too long) and they pass. :)

I didn't merge some changes Ron made to the MessageConsumerTest - I didn't see why they were necessary and the test passes without them.

Also I noticed a log.info in the socket transport:


  |    [junit] @main 13:13:02,019 INFO  [BisocketServerInvoker] got listener: null

The socket transport is also still enabled - this is no big deal we can easily remove any references to the socket transport once we're sure the bisocket is working ok.
