Last one is not the right one (i know - i'm lazy :) )

Use this one:
http://maven.apache.org/maven-1.x/

steps are:
1) download jems installer, install "portal" configuration.
2) fill in .sample files in jbwiki-src
3) maven all

and it should work :)
