I commented on http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBPORTAL-1285. I will stick to forum from now on.

It runs fine when I generate report from command line. Problem is only happening when testsuite/build.xml is executed from another ant script (read cruisecontrol script) with ANT_HOME set to portal/tools. I will revert the change is portal CC script to use apache ant.
