i didn't test with 4.0.5 yet.  only 4.0.4.

i'll try and see if i can get it running on 4.0.5 tomorrow.

today i also created a jbpm security domain and a JbpmDS and a jbpm hsqldb.  This to make jbpm default deployments decoupled from any other things deployed.

so that might already be fixed.
