I can't figure out how to create a new issue in Jira. So I uploaded a fixed version here: https://sdmain.staffdirector.net/jboss/ServletServerInvoker.java

It needs a major code cleanup.

In particular: parser of invoker URLs in Remoting 1.4.4 had a problem with parsing URLs with colons so I only added support for customization of invoker name prefix.
