Sorry, I'm running a bit behind on forms etc at the moment so this might be a bit late...

Rember you can always deploy your processes using the jbpm ant task - no need to have the web-app or the GPD involved in the deployment process at all.

Most of production environments I seem to end up working with do not allow "gui developer tools" to be installed on production servers and having the whole deployment process scripted means that other code/db changes are automatically deployed at the same time as workflow process changes.
