[jboss-dev-forums] [Design of JBoss Portal] - DnD on pages

I played around Drag/Drop on version 2.6. It seems DnD is enabled only on dashboard. I am an admin user, I like to have DnD on pages to re-arrange windows visually. Is there something I am missing, or it is designed this way?
