We have four Out-Of-The-Box services projects now: jbossesb, jbrules, jbpm and smooks.

The idea is that you can treat them as independent subprojects, and there is one base-build.xml in product/services which can get copied down into the subprojects, so don't modify the base-build.xml in the subprojects.

I added lib/ext/build-time dirs which we may want to copy in with a similar task? Just like we do with the build-scripts, or else our tree gets pretty big.
