JBWiki uses just Portal authorization engine. If you set it up with ldap (like here: http://labs.jboss.com/blog/ldap_support_tutorial_for_jboss_portal_2_6__part_1_ )

it will just work.

note: i'll release JBwiki for portal 2.6 when it goes GA (it all changes on daily basis) - now you won't be able to deploy it easly, unless you check out sources from svn.
