Sounds fine to me.  The plugin will probably get more exposure hosted by codehaus.  Eventually I would like to have a setup similar to codehaus on jboss.org so that we can more easily generate the site content and deploy new releases and related information.  But until then, it probably makes more sense to have codehaus host the plugin.
