I think that absolutely yes. Any code contribution is very welcome. Because it's a separate addon you can simply create a patch in jira and attach files. We can also make it more visible in the wiki then. For formal things I think that you need to sign contributor agreement on jboss.org site.

If you are interested in users interest you should ask in User Forum - Design Forum may not be checked by everyone, but I know that time to time there are questions about integration with SSO frameworks.

So I understand that you mean providing implementation of
- LoginModule (JAAS)
- UserModule
- RolesModule

I assume that you are using JB 2.4?
