There seems to be some host related issue on CC.

The following pattern:
Could not obtain connection to any of these urls: localhost:1099 and discovery failed with error: javax.naming.CommunicationException: Failed to retrieve stub from server 127.0.0.1:1100 [Root exception is java.io.EOFException]
