The joram tests project was screwed up build wise, and its use of searching for provider.properties without any qualifying prefix just ended in an non-extensible testsuite.

I have coverted the project to use mvn, and change the AdminFactory to require that the provider properties be passed in. The JMSTestCase in jboss-head now queries for the "jbossmessaging/provider.properties" provider properties so there are no conflicts with provider.properties in the joram tests jar, nor the jbossmq messaging/provider.properties. With these changes I'm finally able to run the jbossmessaging from eclipse.

The joramtests.jar version with these changes is 1.3
