Same problem exists for the PersistenceContextHandler and EJBHandler, which do use the extended Environment view. The PersistenceContextHandler is being added to the ClientContainer, so the PersistenceContextReferencesMetaData accessors need to be moved to the RemoteEnvironment interface. I'm going to do that.
