I want to remove the jboss repository definition from all of our poms.  And instead rely on defining the repositories in settings.xml.

This way if we change the url to the repository at some point in the future, it won't break our builds.  Also, this way the config is in one place instead of adding it to each of the poms.

Once repository syncing is working correctly, then it will also become less of an issue because out artifacts will also be in the central repo.
