I have attached the new structure for common to this sub-task: (Everything in gray will be deleted, blue has been changed or moved, and green will be added.)

The structure will be the same as this for all modules, it is the maven default.

Maven has a plugin for everything in the Java EE spec, so packaging things up is not a issue. (That is what is meant by implode, right?) But that is a great point, because should I spend time rewriting these things and delay the migration, or should I complete the migration and then go back and fix things like this "the Maven way".
