I'm ignoring your comment because I've been complaining about this for years.
I created explicit JIRA issues for EJB3 related to the projects I work on, back in 2005.
Admittedly you weren't here then.

The EJB3 team has "quietly" let them bump along from release to release.
Although some issues they eventually got fed up of my badgering.

Complaining that it's not done as you reach the JBoss5 deadline, 
is nobody's fault except EJB3's.

Now you know why I said "I'm tired of the argument".

Don't complain about it, fix it.
