we always got this error please help :)

org.jboss.util.NestedSQLException:NoManagedConnections
available within configured blocking timeout
(80000[ms]); - nested throwable: (javax.resource.ResourceException: 
NoManagedConnections available within configured blocking timeout ((80000[ms])).

our system is also slowing and eventually hang please help 
anyone there
