[jboss-dev-forums] [Design of JBoss ESB] - failed when deploy processDefiniation of quick start sample:

I get the following exception when run "ant deployProcess" in bpm_orchestration1 and bpm_orchestration2. 

deployProcess:
     [echo] Deploy the process definition
[deployToServer] An unexpected exception happened while testing the server (http
://localhost:8080/jbpm-console/upload) connection.


The ESB has been deployed successfully. 

Please help.
