Making the Quartz singleton/clustered aware should fix it for ScheduledListeners. Perhaps add a flag indicating if the listener really should be singleton or not.

Perhaps all other listeners that uses intervalls etc (for example FTP) should then extend the ScheduledListener so we get the same functionality, or?
