Thanks for response Kevin, Yes, i need filters to be applied to every message received in to ESB.and I think InputOutputFilters meet my requirement. Will you please shed some more light on InputOutputFilters ? Is there any sample / quick reference document available on how to configure / use them?  

 I guess i can configure many services in a  ESB module (.esb file) and i need to configure filters for each esb module.  Please validate my understanding.
