I'm very sorry that I forget to tell you that put the  jboss-service.xml in your "META-INF" dir.

this is the structure of hello.sar dir
hello.sar
-------META-INF
--------------jboss-service.xml
-------JMX
--------------HelloWorldService.claa
--------------HelloWorldServiceMBean.claa
