I can tell JBossXB-1.0.0.SP1 which is included into the JBoss-4.2.2.GA release does not support that (even the latest XB doesn't but it does support a similar JBoss-specific annotation).
But JBossWS, I think, can use JAXB reference implementation instead. Try asking on the WS forum.
