i added an oracle profile in the jbpm 3 root pom.

i noticed that mailtest didn't run on my system.  i had to exclude it.  i didn't check that exclusion in.  

it was kind of strange:  the logs showed that a connection with the mail server could not be established, but looking in the code, i saw that MailTest did *not* extend TestCase.    i excluded mail test and then my test suite ran fine.  

thomas, do you know what the cause could be ?  
does any of you have the same problem ?
