Actually, I was thinking this also affected visibility of server resources, but there is another flag DownloadResources=false by default. As Brinan's work shows, the TCCL that the WebServer would see is at best uncertain. This should be updated to include a request for a remote class loading policy name that could be applied to a remote class loading domain.
