I don't see the https://svn.jboss.org/repos/messaging/branches/Branch_1_4_0_SP this tag was created from. It had to be related to http://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBMESSAGING-1189, but just looks like noise as all the changes went into the stable branch.
