I have disabled Flow control on a test, and the client was considered dead as a pong wasn't answered by the client, but that happened just because the client was too busy and the ping would take more time to go through.

I know I can change timeouts.. etc...  but I was just wondering if we need to send pings on busy clients at all.

I mean.. if any message was received on the latest X milliseconds do we need the PING/PONG to check the client health?
