1.4.1.GA release done. Several things:

1. JBoss 5 should use the destinations-service.xml from JBM release, the current jb5's destinations-service.xml don't have any destinations deployed that needed by jbm examples.
2. JBoss 5 doesn't include jms examples. But if it does, the examples are ready to run under jboss as 5 installation.
