This is not the correct forum for your question.
This forum is for discussion of the jboss server implementation not help requests.

The (non-)issue you report was "fixed" nearly 4 years ago.
i.e. the logging was too noisy when tidying up broken connections.

Your real problem is one you don't show which begins
"WARN: JMS provider failure detected:"
but that is an error generated by Joram when they invoke
ExceptionListener.onException() 
so you need to ask them what it means or at least ask in the jboss ejb user forum
