ALR: Rectifying the above. For info I based my test case on jpa-deployers test/jndi/JNDITestCase, that test doesn't comply with points 3 and 4 either, i.e.:
* Test Cases should *fail* if they properly show the problem, and *error* only if there's something wrong with the test itself.
* Test Cases need assertions, should do more than simply run through an operation and pass if no exceptions were thrown
