I didn't do the renaming: we decided to wait and make a global renaming of our root package just before releasing 2.0 beta.

Andyi, if it prevents you to continue to integrate JBM 2 with JBoss AS, I'm +1 to rename the util package (it's the only package in both versions of JBM iirc)
