JBossXB became more strict with 2.0.1.CR3 (and above), 
hence you need a MC/Kernel version which is compatible.
e.g. the latest MC/Kernel, 2.0.8.GA
 - http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/repository.jboss.org/maven2/org/jboss/microcontainer/jboss-kernel/2.0.8.GA/
(you need the whole sub-project, not just jboss-kernel.jar)
