I have committed what has been done so far in trunk against https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBCL-92

For the time being I have commented out the capabilities stuff in GeneratedClassesUnitTestCase.xml, and hardcoded them in my MockGlobalCapabilitiesProvider.
