I got rid of it and made a deployer for each one to map the old metadata
to the new one.

Each deployment type was actually doing slightly different things
so I needed to do that for backwards compatibility.

Yes, we want to support the old config that people have,
e.g. loader-repository in jboss.xml, etc.

If they use the new META-INF/jboss-classloading.xml then we ignore the
old configs anyway.
