hi again,
we've found that most of the 10 seconds is going in this block:

Action moveAction = new Action();
moveAction.setName(actionName);
moveAction.setActionDelegation(delegation);
executionContext.getProcessDefinition().addAction(moveAction); 

we know it has no sense, but is in this point
